  • A beginner friendly aerial silks introduction where you'll learn all the basics! Learn how to climb, pose, and invert on the silks safely and effectively. Includes warm up, aerial specific conditioning, and designated recording time at the end. Perfect for anybody interested in experience the magic of flying!

  • Perfect for the intermediate aerialist who loves all things splitty! Learn a fun routine with multiple different split shapes. Includes warm up, strategic aerial conditioning, and flexibility drills.

  • Learn the fundamental building blocks to achieving a strong and clean wheeldown. We'll learn a variety of fun s-wrap entries as well as proper technique to make your wheeldown shine. Includes warm up, aerial specific conditioning, and designated video time at the end. This workshop is for intermediate/advanced aerialists with a clean straight leg invert.

  • We'll breakdown these milestone moves and learn the proper technique to safely hipkey and invert. We'll also be utilizing this time to strengthen and condition all the muscles you'll be using! For beginner/intermediate aerialists.

  • You're a star! For intermediate/advanced aerialists looking for a thrill. Learn proper star drop technique for a variety of star drops. Must have a clean hipkey, straight leg invert, and strong free grip.

  • Learn the building blocks of dragonstaff! We'll explore technique for chi rolls, cheating death, and some of their variations! Beginner friendly.

  • Combine your dragonstaff skills with fun acro moves. Cartwheels, splits, backbends, and more! Pre-requisites: palm spin, chi roll, cheating death.

russian Fans

  • Learn the basics of Russian fan weaves! We'll cover open vs closed grip weaves and thumb vs pinky leading weaves to give you a strong foundation to build upon. For beginner to intermediate students.

  • Learn how to fluidly execute your waist wrap, stylized variations, and behind the back waist wrap. For intermediate to advanced students.
